Hello,

Building a house is like the World Cup – there are currently 80 million referees

Of course a landing staircase is more expensive AND it takes up additional space; not to mention that a landing staircase does not suit every design by far.

Rhenish greetings

Hello everyone,

thank you for the opinions and comments. We had our architect draw up two more designs with different staircases. But as expected, they of course require much more space and/or make a bay window necessary. After some back and forth, we will stick with the spiral staircase. Space in the main rooms is more important to us.
They have now also been to a shell construction twice and find it quite okay. Of course, it's a bit harder when moving furniture, but you don't do that very often. On the other hand, it looks quite nice and continuous.

Best regards
