Anyone who wants stainless steel, I assume they are willing to pay money for it.

That would be something, although by now I tend to prefer a built-in sink. For example, Mizzo officially offers large sinks at reasonable prices (150-200 €). Then you just put an Ikea sink cabinet underneath for little money, and the job is done. It's just a bit more work than just screwing two screws into the wall.

But with a 700 mm sink, I could still upgrade my grill setup...

That's what I always do too, but at some point you have to get the ash off. Just brushing off leaves quite a lot of ash on the grate. Not everyone likes the aroma...
