Hello everyone! For our bungalow with a wooden ceiling, we want to install a stove. For space-saving reasons, we do not want to install a chimney etc. We thought of a stainless steel chimney. Can / is it allowed to attach it to an interior wall and lead it through a wooden ceiling? Or does it have to be directed outside as quickly as possible?

Hello,

For "space-saving reasons" for about 43 x 30 cm on a wall?

Kind regards

Yes, for space-saving reasons. My question was also aimed at installation through the beam ceiling. But I better ask the chimney sweep, he will know.

Ask your chimney sweep first. He usually also knows who can build a chimney for you. Do you really want to have such a stainless steel external chimney inside the house? Usually, a three-part chimney is suitable for the interior. It is plastered and that's that. Then you do have a corner in the room, but at least it fits the walls.
