Hello community,

The day before yesterday, our first row (Bimsstein) for our single-family house was built and today the second row. I noticed that the first stones are "thinner" than the following row. Why is that?

Best regards

Hello,

do you mean the height of the stones by thinner? It was the same for us. It is probably because the masons can align the smaller stones of the first row more easily.

Or is the stone set back, meaning the second stone protrudes outward? If that is the case: ask your site manager!

By the way, a general tip for such questions: Take your phone in your hand and call your site manager and ask him a lot of questions.

Best regards

Michael
