The thing with the sliding doors won't work, they are next to each other. Otherwise, you wouldn't be happy either, because with one sliding door you would have a large gap to the wardrobe.
It would be possible, but you're right, then you'd have one big gap and one small gap because the brushes are only on one side. That would look ugly.
So if it works, it would only be with a normal door and that's not really great either, since with 75cm cabinets you can only take 50+25 doors. Oh, that's annoying. So it's either 2x 100 or 2x 100 with an open shelf in the middle, maybe for shoes. I'll discuss that.
Ikea furniture can already be conquered in creative ways, but you should be careful, especially with cabinets. As far as my experience goes, the different components partly support each other. You can’t just leave anything out without losing stability. Maybe it would really be an idea to have a custom solution made by a carpenter.
