Hello,
I have modeled our house according to the current building plans and am already roughly planning the outdoor area. Now I am facing the following detail:
I have laid a splash protection strip around the house (approx. 30cm gravel bed around the base area). The garage will be conventionally built afterwards and placed directly against the house. My question is now, which is better: to execute the splash protection strip on this side of the house (north) or to pave the garage driveway directly up to the house?
I have attached a picture where I have modeled the strip.
The paving should be "permeable". The roof has a 60cm overhang all around.
The neighbors opposite, for example, have paved the driveway and path to the front door directly to the house facade.
