I did not know that a linear adjustment based on sqm is a power function. It will probably develop disproportionately like with house construction costs.

But with 100-150 sqm, it is now pointless to discuss 1.30 or 1.70 per sqm. If you do not have 200-300 euros left in the long run, you should refrain from building a house.

Since 21.3., banks must also consider these costs when assessing [Kapitaldienstfähigkeit].
