I do not have any direct neighbors and it is neither a moor nor peat soil; generally, there is little moisture in the area. We have received the soil report, in which a pipe was driven into the ground using a kind of pneumatic hammer; we have received a foundation recommendation, but now an additional foundation using a core drill or similar must be carried out for the special foundation? We would like to build a bungalow 15m×13m and a garage measuring 7m×6m directly attached to the house with an entrance. : What kind of house did you build and what are the dimensions of the house?

What does the expert opinion recommend as a founding recommendation?

The report states pile or well foundation. Alternatively, soil improvement with CSV or something similar could also be done, the report told me.

Yes, then everything is included. Either you replace the 4m ground or piles will be needed. Well foundation is even more expensive, I think. If you don't own a quarry, a truck, and a landfill, the piles will probably be the most economical option.

Yes, that is stated in the report, the question was not primarily what should or can be done but rather what costs arise with the special foundations :)
That is why it would be nice if I could get some experience values, with the number of supports and depth and maybe also the information about the house.
Of course, I am aware that I can only take the information as a rough estimate.
