However, the drywall does not have to provide the world in insulation, since the 11.5 aerated concrete wall is not the ultimate solution for sound insulation.

Exactly, no magic is to be expected either. I will suggest a double plasterboard with the above-mentioned acoustic panels. The connection to the rest of the wall/stairs is probably still another important point. I am not quite clear on that yet. But I have not yet spoken to the drywall installer.
