Solar thermal domestic hot water additional heating support?

For the heating of the house in the above example, gas is used as the energy source. If the values deviate by a factor of 6 from a comparable house, the house is either not heated, or an above-average number of measures have been taken to achieve these values. I wonder if the 10% was also used there? You are right and I am wrong. I also only see what I want to see.
