Hello everyone,
we have acquired a new house (from the 1930s). I will probably still have some questions (hopefully not too stupid).
The house will be completely renovated except for the exterior walls (new roof, electricity, water, heating, etc.).
The facade looks too rough to me. I would like to have the facade made a bit smoother.
The facade currently looks like in the picture.
The first question is whether and how the whole thing can be smoothed, and the second question is from when I would be subject to the energy saving ordinance insulation requirements. With a complete renewal of the plaster (and removal of the old plaster), the insulation obligation applies as far as I have read. Does anyone know how such smoothing would be interpreted from the point of view of the energy saving ordinance?
Thanks a lot in advance
Best regards
Eddy
