Hello knowledgeable ones,

I am supposed to ask today what kind of repair plaster you have had good experiences with.
It is about repairing holes and also larger areas in the basement. It would be great if the plaster is smooth enough afterwards so that you don't have to putty first, but can continue directly with [Tiefgrund].

Thankful for tips

Sylvia

So this week we filled the joints in our filigree ceiling with Knauf Rotband. We still had to do a little bit of puttying. What size are the holes?

Which Knauf Rotband then? There are many varieties. It’s not just a few plug holes, but partly real holes and surfaces that need to be closed or made even.

If it is Raufaser, I would always choose acrylic. In the long run, you get the most out of it.
