Hello everyone,
we are currently building a single-family house in Berlin and have already done a rough electrical plan with the electrician. However, regarding the topic of wind and sun sensors, the electrician was somewhat surprised and did not really know what we were talking about. The offer now only includes a central control, meaning up and down for all together. However, I would like something more: a wind and sun sensor that measures the conditions. Based on parameters I specify, the blinds and roller shutters should then be controlled and possibly visualized on a central tablet or something similar.
Which system is recommended for this?

During the planning phase, we had already dealt extensively with KNX and other smart home solutions. However, we came to the conclusion that we do not need such a comprehensive control. The heating runs via underfloor heating and is powered by geothermal energy – controlling this is probably nonsense due to the inertia. Intercom systems and other door communication are also not necessary. Regarding lighting, we also want to continue using conventional light switches in the future and it should not turn on when we approach the house.
However, there is the idea of possibly pulling a bus or other data cables (or even 5-wire cables) into every room into every socket, etc., in order to potentially be able to accommodate change requests in the future. So maybe be able to better control a light at some point.
The alarm system will probably be from Abus, wired with window contacts and a central unit in the hallway. Oh, and there is a network in every room, sometimes even twice.

My concern is to find a suitable system/product for our blinds and roller shutters and also to be expandable for the future...

Thank you

Which roller shutters//venetian blinds are even used?

To be prepared for the future, you need a system with an open standard. There are actually only two. 99% of smart home stuff is proprietary and therefore only conditionally future-proof.

That is also roughly my requirement.

The only "busless" system that to me (others may have different opinions, I do not see this religiously) seems reasonable for this requirement is a PLC control.

If you google "PLC control crouzet millenium roller shutter" you will find a provider that offers pre-programmed modules.
You can also integrate sun, wind, and rain sensors there.
There is also something from "Peha," but if I remember correctly, weather sensors cannot be integrated there.

If you use a PLC with 24v push-button inputs, you should actually be able to use the cables leading to the buttons later as bus lines.

I am currently wavering between this system and "luxorliving" from Theben.
Luxorliving offers pre-configured KNX sensors and actuators that can be put into operation without ETS.

My Luxorliving planning is already quite advanced ...

I have to correct myself ... The Peha D 952 JRM module can do that after all. However, it does not have any options for smartphone control.

You can simply use a solution from Somfy, Warema or alternatively Homematic IP. It can do everything.

What would be the second standard besides KNX?
