Hello,

I know, stupid question! There are 100 calculators out there, but they always round up to 0.5 cbm.

I have a small hole 50cm wide*60cm long*50cm deep where the ground anchor for the sunshade is to be concreted into the ground.

How many bags of cement (25kg) do I need for this? No gravel is to be added.

Does anyone have experience with Ruck Zuck concrete? It is indeed twice as expensive, harder but apparently sets faster.

Thanks

A sack of concrete is approx. 20 liters. The rest is simple rule of three math

Or really cement and then mix it yourself?

hm should then be 150 liters = 6-7 bags.

Yes, let's see whether to mix or this quick shake....

I know it as "lightning cement" or "Rakofix" and would only recommend it for really small things. If you are not extremely careful, this cement hardens already during the addition of water

Of course, the question arises whether the hole is exactly right, too small, or too large. Once that is clarified, I would rely on the building materials supplier indicating the volume on the bag.

Quick-setting materials are difficult to work with; I would avoid them.
