Hello dear community,
in addition to our own house construction, which we are currently advancing and which will certainly raise many topics, we are currently in the phase of modernizing an apartment in a rental building. The balcony is part of it. My question is which floor structure is best suited for this balcony. Since it is an apartment for renting, it should be simple / practical, durable, and inexpensive. I think tiles still require screed as a base here, right? That would probably be quite elaborate. Would it be easiest to cover the 4 sqm with simple WPC tiles with a plastic substructure?
Thank you very much for your answers and links to suitable products, etc. Unfortunately, I am not a craftsman and am counting on you as experts.
Many thanks
Tim :)
PS: Attached is also a picture of our home. But it has nothing to do with this request :-)
