Sloping roof insulation, attic moisture, drywall panels

Hello, my construction company Deura installed incorrect insulation on the upper floor, which is causing moisture in the bathroom and attic! A between-rafter insulation was done more or less, then the vapor barrier foil, then a cross insulation, and then comes the drywall. This can’t be right, can it? Because of this, moisture is now coming through the drywall into the first insulation. This is now wet. What can be done about this now?

They more or less did an insulation between the rafters, then the vapor barrier foil, then a cross insulation, then the plasterboard. That can't be right, can it? This is causing moisture to pass through the plasterboard into the first insulation. This has become and is now wet.
