Size of the drilling / milling in 20mm fine stoneware

Hi everyone,

I started laying the terrace with 20mm porcelain stoneware yesterday. Now I still have the drain pipe, which I would prefer to install with a core drill. A two-piece plate looks stupid. Are there suitable hole saws or can that be done with a milling cutter? Core drills have no centering tip, so you would have to build a fixture to anchor this machine and clamp the plate.

You do this with a diamond core drill bit for the angle grinder and freehand.

Worked quite well with a core drill and the corresponding drilling template made of wood.
