Sink extension marked in the utility room

Hello!

We have received our building application documents and previously purchased an advance payment for the sink from Bemustert. We would like to be able to connect a sink later (if there is any space at all).

Can this be seen on the plan? We are undecided whether this was taken into account in our planning documents.

We directly coordinated ours with the sanitation trade during the shell construction meeting.

A simple deep plastic basin.
Then including connection and installation it cost just under 250 EUR.
It was a good investment in the utility room.

Not drawn on the plan at all, but simply drawn on the wall with heating, ventilation, control cabinet, washing machine, …
The whole thing was then planned on-site in the room so that everything fits and there was still enough space for maintenance.
