Good evening everyone,
we have recently moved into our single-family house with an ETICS facade.
My question specifically concerns the house plinth:
Perimeter insulation was applied to it.
Subsequently, a reinforcement mesh and filler were applied.
While our construction manager was of the opinion that it would be no problem to work against this plinth (i.e. also to backfill soil accordingly), we would like to seal the plinth with a slurry and then have a colored stone plaster applied.
Around the exterior walls of the single-family house, paving will be laid, i.e. the paving stones border directly on the exterior wall.
In what order should the work "seal/plaster plinth" and "lay paving stones" be carried out? Once the stones are laid, the painter will hardly have the opportunity to plaster the entire plinth area (and then the plinth can still absorb moisture)?
