The classic turnkey solution is a prefabricated house from a general contractor. They will also draw your plans.
My tip: go to a model home park, there are several manufacturers, look around to see what you like and talk to the people there.
You can also check online which providers approximately implement your wishes in their example houses.
If it is supposed to be very individualized, it might be more in the direction of an architect with separate contracts. Then you would also have a contact person who is on your side (but also takes up to 10% of the construction cost).
Since you apparently have not yet delved deeper into the matter (What is actually allowed to be built...) you should generally first read up on the topic of building. Otherwise, I see things bleakly.
