Single-family house floor plan optimization, corridors too narrow and long, save QM, stairs to the attic

Hello everyone,
we are planning our single-family house and would like to finally reach about 180sqm (currently it is 189sqm with two floors without sloping ceilings). Ground floor with utility room/technology/pantry, kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and hallway. Upper floor with master bedroom/dressing area, family bathroom, shower bathroom with washing machine niche, two children's rooms, and office/3rd children's room.

Ground floor:
-The office should possibly be able to be used later as an apartment.

Upper floor:
-The hallway on the upper floor is quite narrow and long/dark.
-We are not yet satisfied with the dressing area/the master bedroom as it is.
-Is there a possibility to realize a second staircase to the attic?

In general, we are open to ideas and suggestions.

Sorry. I would throw the entire floor plan in the trash. All rooms with angles, bathroom sewage pipe in the middle of the living room, exterior view with windows and doors? I don't like it at all. You best upload the floor plan along with the questionnaire. If I'm spending 3/4 million on a house, I have an architect do it.
