Single-family house as a terraced middle house on a slope - design

Regardless of your sketches, I definitely think it makes sense to have the rooms reorganized by the architect (i.e., moving the sleeping area upstairs). Perhaps it would also be an approach to reconsider whether all rooms really need to be accessible from a hallway or if some rarely used rooms could be accessed through other rooms. But I think it will work out :-)
