One should secure the interest rates now, as interest rates with [KfW] funds can be obtained at around 2.5%, if not even lower when one has a significant amount of equity. The 1% commitment interest after 9 months doesn’t make much of a difference.

Those who don’t build today will never build, because it has never been easier to finance, as the burdens are so low.
