Siedle Vario door intercom system

Hello everyone,

we recently bought an older house and want to modernize and renovate it before moving in. Besides a complete network cabling of almost all rooms, the door intercom system is also on the agenda.
So far, there is only a doorbell, i.e., neither intercom function nor door opening from the apartment is possible.

Today I gathered the necessary components of the Siedle Vario:
- Siedle BNG650-0DE bus power supply
- Siedle TÖ618-+E door opener
- Siedle BTC850-02W bus telephone Comfort
- Siedle BTM650-02W bus button module 2-fold
- Siedle BTLM650-04W bus door speaker
- Siedle ZDS601-0 theft protection
- Siedle KR611-2/1-0W combination frame
- Siedle VA/GU512-0 Vario adapter
- Siedle MR611-2/1-0 mounting frame
- Siedle GU611-2/1-0 flush-mounted housing

Am I missing any component? Is any of them unnecessary, e.g. the Vario adapter?

How complicated is the installation? In the manual of the BNG650 it all looks quite simple.
Which cables should I pull, even if I might want more functions later on?

Hello, why so complicated and expensive. Use an IP video system. Or an Elcom. Siedle is quite expensive and not as simple as it says in the technical manual. You only need the Vario if you actually have the wrong up box. I would take IP, also flexibly forward and record images when ringing.
