Thank you for the answer!

But now I have everything I need.
- Construction foil on the floor slab
- Edge insulation strips (15 cm Styrofoam strips, fixed with appropriate adhesive)
- 8 cm thick XPS insulation boards
(and another layer of construction foil on top)
- HT pipes (including 45°)
and the 145 mm high shower channels are also ordered.
(The reviews (23 times 5 stars) are good.)

...and then the tiler can come!

Good morning

I will then fix the drain on the insulation.

An alternative with low damage potential would be a mineral cast shower tray.
The construction height is a good 30 mm. Provide the drain in the floor structure and then glue the tray onto the screed.

The shower tray can also be installed exactly flush with the tiles, but I (from my own DIY experience) would not do that with my first shower. Otherwise, nothing beats the Wedi boards, which are also available in the same quality from other manufacturers.
