Should the carport area be gravelled first or should the foundations be laid first?

The house connection has not been laid yet [emoji51] But at least I asked beforehand whether it and the channels shouldn’t go in first. The excavator operator said they would just push it aside again and shovel the trench, no problem... Somehow I would find it more sensible the other way around, but now it is what it is.

That should not be a problem in my opinion.
