Great, thanks. The interest rate is quite high at almost 6%, but currently there seems to be an offer that is perfectly tailored to me. The interest for the first 3 months is reimbursed. :D
Let's see if the offer is still available at the end of the year.

We did something like this for interim financing at the house bank. Interest rate variable, term max. 24 months, repayable at any time. We also initially thought about the che...4 etc., but with the 1.1 percent from the house bank, we didn't make any more effort.

At ING, special repayments, including full repayment, are possible for many loans. (Except for the home financing itself, I have checked it for the car loan and the housing loan). So an installment loan is also an option... In any case, the interest rates should be significantly lower than for the revolving credit, about half.

The OP shouldn't even look at the interest rates. Whether it's 400€ or only 250€ for the period and the amount mentioned is basically irrelevant in the end. For the difference, you go to a restaurant twice.

Private? I borrowed the amount privately in the summer. With generous repayment options and other conditions as well. You just need a person in your private circle who has that much cash available and no too strict "no money in friendship" principles.
