My personal layman's opinion: The cracks are not structurally relevant, and since the ETICS provides the thermal insulation and the interior plaster the airtightness, I would guess: no problem. But if you want to be sure, find a building expert you can ask such questions to.. it's worth it. And let your construction company know that there is someone watching. They will be much more thorough right away..

Thank you for your opinion, we will definitely consult with a [Bausachverständigen]. Ultimately, as a layperson, one always pokes around in uncertainties too much.

First of all, you should keep in mind that no precision technicians are building your apartment; then you can also relax ;)

What I can see in the pictures is all normal; filling and plastering is still to be done anyway. Hiring an expert is _always_ a good decision!

Rhenish greetings

Many thanks to you too for your contribution Bauexperte. Even if we make things clear with the filigree technicians, it will probably take some time before we get used to it :).

As the saying goes... the mechanical engineer works to the millimeter, the carpenter to the centimeter, and with the bricklayer, you have to be glad if he stays on the property :D

So when I look at my furniture.. I recently visited a carpentry shop, everything with a saw actually also had a terminal for operation/programming..
