Well, if it’s finished like that, it’s a different story. Although – if you can’t stand upright more than 30% of the time there, you really indulged yourself by finishing it. Honestly, that wouldn’t have been worth it for me either...

That would be too much effort for me if I need it. Maybe painting supplies, but I need other tools more often, so I want to have them within easy reach.

Yes, so I'll probably have a screwdriver, a hammer, and pliers somewhere in a drawer. But the 8 quick clamps in three different sizes, the big case with fittings, brackets, and 12cm screws, the jack, the bolt cutters, the crowbar, the countless levels and angle gauges, files, rasps, mallets, hacksaw, Japanese saw, sawhorses, workbench, plumbing stuff, who knows what else, etc. etc., I definitely don't need several times a week, let alone daily. And as I said, when the [Gartenhäuschen] is there, it will go there, which is a bit more accessible. But first, I have to clear out the room so I can finally finish the interior work there.

By the way, there are currently heavy-duty shelves at Toom and b1 for 24.99 / 24 EUR...

oh, that screams for a van, craftsmen also have stuff full of tools like that. Our storage room with shelves is always full too, there the tools fight with pots, supplies and wine bottles for space

Yes, I had already considered that as well. But Bullis (or other vans not from VW) are currently unaffordable...
