Hello everyone,
there is a ventilation pipe running on my rooftop terrace.
I am currently planning a roof covering (pergola) and the pipe is "in the way," so I am considering what options there might be. However, I am not entirely clear about how the system works, for example whether sewage odors come from the pipe permanently, intermittently, or not at all, or something like that.
Or do modern systems have a ventilation valve or something similar installed anyway? Does that possibly make noise?
The diameter of the pipe (13cm) must not be reduced under any circumstances.
