Craftsmen are all represented in the family but all with rusty expertise about building materials... I think I'll get an offer made from companies about what they install and can still decide which trades I’ll do myself with family except for masonry

Have you already spoken with a certified energy efficiency consultant? You need one anyway to apply for the funding.

"An energy-efficient new building requires thorough professional planning and qualified support during construction. As part of the planning, application, and execution of a subsidized project, an expert is required to assist the builder."

I’m going to start looking... I know a chimney sweep who is an energy consultant maybe. Can he do that or does he recommend a building planner or something like that? I don’t want an architect... it should be a simple four-sided house without anything else. From when does undeclared work actually begin in house construction? I’m from the village and know many school friends who are bricklayers and plasterers and have promised to help me. But I also want to show my gratitude...

: My question/note was addressed to the OP. The statement that Kfw doesn't matter came from Tom1607...

It would also be important to me to largely heat with my dry wood and heat water in combination with gas
