Secure the property now or wait?

We built using a very energy-efficient timber frame construction method. We were finished with construction and the move-in within five months. But everyone will tell you not to put yourself under that much time pressure. Better to plan for 2 months longer and move in at your leisure.;) Nothing is as unpredictable as a construction project. Consumer advice center!! Very good tip! Thanks I would now have made consultation appointments with a company like Town & Country or IBG or whatever they are all called. A neutral source is better first, I think. Regards!
