Sealing of house electrical/telecom entry - Did the company botch it?

Hello,

I have installed the multi-utility product Doyma Quadro Secura Nova 1/breit as the house entry. Today, a company commissioned by the electricity provider/Telekom came to lay the corresponding cables and install the house connection box. I was only briefly on site myself; the company said they would get in touch when they were finished.

Everything has now been installed, but the employee could not get the connection sleeve of the multi-utility product over his electricity and Telekom cable (I assume he did not have any soap or lubricant at hand). Without consultation, he simply foamed the holes with well foam. Now, of course, I am wondering if everything is really sealed? I asked a friend who is a civil engineer, and he said it would actually be okay, but the pipes are lost forever or blocked for later entries. I now have the following questions:

-is it really sealed compared to the sleeve? I read somewhere that it would be much more important that the sealing is okay on the inside.

-is there some kind of protective conduit that I can retroactively put around the electricity cable? I actually assumed the company would bring one.

-the Telekom cable was cut just before the multi-utility entry and will be connected this week with a sleeve. Does it make sense to pull a flexible conduit over it?

-how do I actually make an optimal seal on the basement wall myself?

-in general, a colleague recommended filling the entire corridor in front of the house entry with sand so that water has no chance to accumulate

Electricity cable on the left, Telekom on the right, water below (already previously laid in a flexible conduit and connected to the multi-utility product with a sleeve)

Fountain foam is watertight, that’s why it is called fountain foam, because fountain rings are usually stacked and glued together with it. So watertight yes, professional no definitely not.

They are supposed to show up and fix the botched job. Whether it stays watertight depends on the load case water. If you have standing or even pressurized water in the area, I wouldn’t trust the foam massacre. If it’s just ground moisture, it will definitely remain watertight. But: you have an expensive multi-utility line to get back in there anytime. You could have just pushed the cable through a hole in the base plate and sealed it up.

I had a phone call today with the manufacturer of the multiservice and the subcontractor who "messed it up."

It is just as I already thought, the missing sleeve at this point has no sealing effect against water, but only against dirt, etc. The sealing takes place inside the multiservice through rubber plugs. The technician sprayed foam about 10cm into the pipe, so it can be removed relatively easily.

My consideration now is the following:
On the right is the Telekom cable. One end is in my technical room, the other end is outside the picture, but it is NOT yet connected to the cable at the property boundary.

So I can remove the foam completely, pull the special sealing sleeve over it, and fill everything in. Seen in the bottom right of the attachment.

The sleeve must be pierced to the corresponding diameter and thus seals perfectly. Disadvantage: If fiber optics are to be installed later, it must be excavated again, as the fiber optic cable will get caught on the sealing.

My idea:
Use 75mm Kabuflex (just like already on the water branch at the lower connection), connect it to the multiservice with the sleeve for water/electricity (shown bottom left and top left in the picture), and then later excavation would only be necessary at the property boundary.

What do you think of this or do I have a flaw in my reasoning?
