Sealing of empty conduit from utility room to garage

Thank you Steven, it will be taken care of. Really annoying... I can't easily get under the garage. Well, my sister says she's had the smell for already 2 months. It really takes a long time until it's gone again. Therefore, it has to be sealed airtight, since it can't be ruled out that something might get in again.
