Now he is sealing the house from the outside. We have a two-layer masonry. The developer is now sealing it directly on the brick with PCI bareseal (photos) Is that sufficient? Thanks

Tomorrow, the water came into the house. Ground floor screed etc. was completely wet. From the [heizungsverteiker-Kasten] I pumped out over 100 liters.

Over 100 liters pumped out? Probably even multiple times that amount in the screed? Sounds very, very bad... Hope the floor was dried professionally. There must be a medium-sized hole somewhere in the wall. Is it known exactly where it came in? Do you already live there or is all this still before moving in?
