Yes, I know, everyone told me that before... and also that you shouldn't work on tiles with the pressure washer... nevertheless, this is practiced everywhere daily... and with heavy contamination, pressure washers are recommended again...

Our Berding pavement is colored throughout... and I used a rotary nozzle

You have to decide for yourself whether to do it or not... as I said, my stones look good... and if they get dirty again, I'll come by again with the lance...

Of course, they will be clean with the pressure washer, that's clear.
Our old pavement was initially scrubbed, then at some point cleaned with the Kärcher out of laziness. After 10 years, cleaned with the Kärcher at least twice a year, because the dirt and grime always formed and settled faster.
If frequent Kärcher cleaning doesn't bother you, then everything is fine.
