Seal concrete slab with Katja Sprint?

Is there maybe something liquid? Can you glue that? I find this cutting up with the connection strips unfortunate.

Today I had the idea to seal the areas of the KG pipes with bitumen. It would be easier to do because the pipes only stick out briefly in some places. Then you can lay the Katja flush and overlapping over it.

I am aware that this area would then be diffusion-tight instead of diffusion-open like the laid area of the floor slab with Katja Sprint.

Can this lead to problems? Can and should it be done this way?

If yes, which material? Bitumen coating or bitumen slurry?
