For the screed layer, it was OK to simply place the edge insulation strip directly on the wall without additional plaster. In the end, his opinion was the most important to me. The screed should therefore survive it unharmed. As for "airtightness discussions," I am still not sure. The exterior plaster probably has to do the rest.
