Hello,
We have had the screed in the house for almost 2 weeks. Today, I noticed in a corner of the bathroom, where the recess for the bathtub is located, that moisture is collecting and rising up the wall. The underfloor heating is running in drying mode. Could this be due to the moisture in the screed, or is there something else wrong?

What does your site manager say? He would be my first point of contact now.

I think nothing dries quickly without construction fans due to the high humidity and rain. At least we have had 4 running continuously for 5 weeks. For neighbors with screed in winter, all the moisture was also removed through ventilation.

Without evaluating this professionally now, I cannot imagine that the screed is so damp in one spot. Especially since it does not have direct contact with the wall there, or am I mistaken?

Can you take a photo of the room and at the place where it was separated to the shower/bathtub

Building defects yes... but I wouldn't worry yet. After just 2 weeks some houses already look like a dripstone cave. Here, looking through my crystal ball, I would argue for the capillary action of the [Kalksandstein] and wait until the whole thing simply disappears over time.
