ScanHaus Work Contract Additional Agreement

You didn't declare your entire equity to the bank, right? What you withhold is your business.

We are currently building with Scanhaus Marlow Marlow and I just looked again at our construction contract. Are you sure that it is about equity capital with you? There is no mention of that with us and this additional agreement is just the declaration of assignment to Scanhaus Marlow Marlow regarding the house price. It has nothing to do with the equity capital. With us, the bank first "intervened" and demanded that we use the equity capital first and only then access the loan.

Yes, it is the last page in our contract. In addition to the assignment declaration... that's exactly what we want to do. Use our equity and then draw on the loan. It would simply be suboptimal to pledge the equity to Scanhaus Marlow Marlow

We also built with Scanhaus Marlow Marlow and there is no question of that for us either. It is only about the assignment declaration for the bank with us, as already mentioned...
