Safety of a train anchor for a house on a slab foundation?

Dear builders and construction professionals,

my construction did not go perfectly, unfortunately. And I have the following, perhaps unfounded concern, which you might be able to alleviate.

I had a house built using timber frame construction. Underneath is a concrete slab. The walls were erected on it - between the walls and the concrete slab there was a foil - afterwards everything was "secured" with tie anchors. But honestly: How secure is that? How well do these anchors hold? Can a house "slip off" a concrete slab?

Maybe some will laugh now, but unfortunately I have already experienced quite a bit and no longer have any trust.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards

There is no real answer to the question.
A timber frame house is anchored with the base plate. How and to what extent this is done is regulated by the static calculations.

I actually know it this way, that the planner determines how the anchoring is to be carried out. Then, if necessary, the structural engineer reviews it and gives his approval. Now you just have to check whether the anchors were also executed accordingly. It can happen that the prescribed procedure or the anchor type deviates from the plan.

Report what has gone wrong so far.

Don’t you have construction supervision?

In the flood videos, there was a floating house, the floor slab was probably already detached
