Dear builders and construction professionals,
my construction did not go perfectly, unfortunately. And I have the following, perhaps unfounded concern, which you might be able to alleviate.
I had a house built using timber frame construction. Underneath is a concrete slab. The walls were erected on it - between the walls and the concrete slab there was a foil - afterwards everything was "secured" with tie anchors. But honestly: How secure is that? How well do these anchors hold? Can a house "slip off" a concrete slab?
Maybe some will laugh now, but unfortunately I have already experienced quite a bit and no longer have any trust.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
