The problem for us is that there is neither free building land nor used properties ♀️ We are aware that it would basically come down to a complete renovation u we definitely offer more than the current standard land value. According to the broker, offers without viewing are available (initially suspended due to Corona). My feeling would have said just under 300,000 euros.
