Rough staking / Fine staking

The rough staking out is supposed to cost €250, the detailed staking out another €500. :confused:

We received an offer from someone who doesn't want any jobs: Surveyor from the region - €600 rough staking out, €1200 detailed staking out, €1400 measuring in for the land registry ....he definitely won't be it :mad:

Staking outs are technical surveys, with flexible pricing. Setting out for the cadastre is “sovereign” (official) and tied to the fee schedule of the respective state, so there is no room for negotiation in that case.

As an example, in Brandenburg, for a local surveyor the total for rough and fine is €500 net
But I don’t know the regional differences, though 100% sounds pretty extreme.

I just checked our offer. Roughly 350, fine 775. As I see here, it is not the cheapest, but I have to say the service is top-notch. Sometimes the price is not everything, especially when it comes to such important things ;)
