To attach the table you could drill holes sideways into the countertops (or have them drilled), into which you insert iron pipes. When you remove the table, you can close the holes with plugs.

I also have a question about that:
How do I secure the tabletop so that it cannot slip out of the pipes???
What if I have the tabletop and the countertop on the base cabinet mitred so that both countertops rest on the base cabinet?

Get creative browsing in the hardware store. For extendable tables, there are sometimes hooks that hold the tabletops together.

Then it becomes more complicated to remove the table, and you need an additional piece to place it on when the table is off. Since you can't seal the joint, a long miter cut is also disadvantageous if the panels don’t meet exactly at the same height.
