Roof renovation for terraced middle house - cost estimate

I also have a question. I have a mid-terrace house built in 1967 and would like to renovate the roof (78 m² area). I will do the interior work with plasterboards & electrical work myself. The roof is currently "naked," except for the roof tiles there is nothing installed, so no insulation or anything. A company has now made me an offer for reroofing with Erlus Performa roof tiles, new battens, separation sheets to neighbors, chimney covering, 2 roof windows about 120 cm large, antenna holder, insulation, soundproofing. Without interior work!! + costs for scaffolding, container, etc. The whole thing is supposed to cost €16,000 including VAT. Isn't that too expensive? That makes €205 per m² (with 78 m² roof area). Or what should something like that cost? According to the cost estimate, the energy value u=0.21 is met or for an extra €600 also u=0.18.

the region is partly what determines the price.
Therefore, get a second offer (preferably even a third), then you will know the market price in your region and can compare.

Thank you, I live in Neusäß near Augsburg. I have not gotten a second offer yet, but I probably will. On the internet, there was always talk of about 100-120€ per m². Hence my question. Otherwise, I will only have the roof re-covered and do the rest completely myself. Also the insulation and isolation. For such a small roof area, that much money is too much for me. For about 10,000-12,000€, I would have had it done.
