But here: No roof overhang!? What is this nonsense?
Especially at the front towards the balcony. Then the tenants of the apartments have botched the missing wind protection themselves in various ways. Looks "stupid". On the side as "constructive" protection...

It could only have been an "architect" who came up with this.
Back to the topic: Our home builder (who is supposed to build our solid wood house) strongly recommends plastic cladding.
No more yellowing and such. Reason: Painting right under the gable is hardly possible.
