Good evening everyone,
I just got a remark from my brother-in-law that it could probably be very maintenance-intensive.
How often would you have to do it again (clean, paint), especially on the weather side? We would want to paint it light (beige/cream), since we will be building in the country house style.

The house in which we live (45-degree gable roof, roof overhang painted white) has not been repainted even once since 1993.
