Roof covering defective

Good day, a missing insulation in an Energetische Dachsanierung which was discovered by chance is certainly not a trustworthy cooperation.

One does not know where else something is missing.

Well, there is no insulation between the rafters even though a complete insulation was planned. Noticed by chance, otherwise one would believe that the roof was properly insulated.

and what answer are you expecting now? And what have you done yourself to eliminate the problem?

Who says there has to be something between the rafters? As long as you just throw us blocks, how is anyone supposed to answer you properly.

What is stated in the order, what is on the invoice, what was done, what do you think should have been done, what does the company say in response to your inquiry/complaint?

so there should be insulation between the rafters otherwise there is no need to insulate, right?
the question was what people think if insulation is missing and one is in good faith that the work was done properly.
