Hello everyone,
in our apartment building, an old Rittal Werk Art.No. 6000/6001 intercom system with a bell system is installed. A family member had the idea to dismantle the intercom (?) on the first floor and install a different doorbell. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected and a restoration to the original state was not possible because the original condition was not noted or photographed.
Since then, the door opener function on the 1st and 2nd floors no longer works, but it still works on the ground floor. The doorbell works on all three floors. We are now trying to fix the problem by trial and error, but without success. I have already started googling, but with such an old intercom system, I can’t find anything specific to this problem. All fuses are intact. When comparing the cables with each other, none of the colors match, as can be seen.
Can you make sense of the attached pictures, where the problem lies and whether the wiring is correct?
Alternatively, I am now considering spending money to renew everything. But I would need a system that is compatible with the wiring, or would I have to pull new cables through the ducts? Keyword: intercom system.
Do you have any advice or a product recommendation in this case?
Best regards and thanks!
