She was very lenient there. In times when you are supposed to pay money for every click in the checking account, I wouldn’t believe it :)

Yes, and? Banks want to pass on costs. Every company wants that.

Passing on costs is good. The Sparkasse, which charges 1 cent for every click in online banking, also has flat-rate account models where the clicks are included. The "cost per click" fee only affects a very small number of people who do not regularly use either the account or the online banking.
